My teaching style of asana’s (postures) allows students the time to fully explore each asana and the movements in and out of the pose, encouraging body awareness and true alignment. Relaxation and Pranayama (Breath) are equally important, as these two elements help to clear the body and mind of stress, worry and anxiety.
