Yoga encourages balance, poise and stability within the body, mind and spirit. Within this class the breath is linked to movement which encourages a deeper connection, increasing inner awareness and strength.
Kathryn’s classes will help maintain and increase muscle strength, flexibilty and balance of the body and mind. As we transition through each asana we will be building upon our fluidity and grace.
Hatha Yoga is a gentle yet strong practice to reconnect to the body and mind using Asana’s (poses) and Pranayama (breath).
Kathryn Dawes is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
