What is Thai Yoga Massage?
This style of bodywork is also known as assisted yoga, with the many benefits of a yoga practice and more. The receiver is fully clothed and is encouraged to relax and breathe during the session, which is given in 1, 1.5 or 2 hour increments.
This healing form of bodywork combines reflexology, applied yoga stretches, and acupressure massage. Pressure is applied using the palms, feet, thumbs, elbows, and knees to release physical tension and stored emotion from the body. The result is a state of relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
